FLOG held its Third Annual Halloween Party on October 28, 2001. Nearly 100 people attended one of the best parties the group has had. Rosey and her crew of decorators had the Hall at it's spookiest best. In addition to regular fetish wear, many of the attendees were in wonderful costumes. To name just a few, there were several Lords and Ladies of the Realm, the "Blue Men" paid a visit as did serveral monks, nuns and a pair of "fairies" with gossamer wings. Even the High Executioner paid a visit. Master Lynn provided the exquisite food for the night - roll-ups, Thai chicken and peanut sauce, fruit and dip and wonderful cheeses and crackers. All of this was set around a centerpiece of a boiling cauldron feuled by dry ice. On top of all this, there was PLAY - we unveiled the latest piece of equipment built for the group, a "jungle gym" frame capable of holding three in full suspension. It, and the rest of the equipment was put to long good use that night and all went home with wonderful memories of the night.

This was an unusual evening for the group for several reasons. It was different because the group held the play party on the first Saturday in December instead of the fourth Saturday of the month. In addition, we had our first Annual Food Drive and it far exceeded our expectations. Those attending the party donated five boxes of canned goods that were presented to a local food pantry at the end of the evening. The evening was made very special by our guests from Chicago, Sir Michael and his slave, Maria, who conducted a fun, informative presentation on Slave Positioning. The class, held before the party, was well attended and those that attended presented a demo at the start of the party so show what they had learned. The positions were beautiful to see, flowing and controlled. As usual, the evening continued with play with several scenes from new and "old" and ended with a great collaborative scene with Masters Rich, Michael, Lynn, Robert and their subs/slaves.
